The members of a group calling themselves The One People’s Public Trust (OPPT) have been in the news lately, because of recent UCC filings, with regards to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). The UCC is not a U.S. law, rather a uniform code of conduct for Intra-State and Global commerce, drafted and approved by private organizations, to be enacted by the individual U.S. States, and World Governments. It has been approved by all 50 States in the U.S., Washington, D.C., The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and The U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as all major World Governments.

Final Verdict is Rendered in First Common Law Court Case against the Vatican and Canada for Genocide Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens' Arrests
Brussels: Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice.
The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.
The verdict read in part,
"We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy"
The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized.
The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,
"The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged.

(Credit: Declan McCullagh/CNET) NASHUA, N.H. -- Zach Harvey has an ambitious plan to accelerate adoption of the Internet's favorite alternative currency: installing in thousands of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores ATMs that will let you buy Bitcoins anonymously.
It's the opposite of a traditional automated teller that dispenses currency. Instead, these Bitcoin ATMs will accept dollar bills -- using the same validation mechanism as vending machines -- and instantly convert the amount to Bitcoins and deposit the result in your account.
"It's even easier than just using a regular ATM," says Harvey, 33, who demonstrated the device to CNET this weekend at the Free State Project's annual Liberty Forum. "You could probably do it in about five seconds. The thing that would take the longest would be the bill validator taking in the dollar."
Harvey and Matt Whitlock are partners in a New Hampshire-based venture, Lamassu Bitcoin Advisors, that's hoping to commercialize the ATM by selling to retail businesses, especially ones that also want to accept the decentralized alternative currency from customers.
"If we made these machines somewhere around $1,000 to $1,500 each, depending on the commission, they could be able to buy this and make it back within a reasonable period of time," Harvey says.

a Mantra for OPPT ?
Perhaps OUR Constitution Should Be Something Like This...
While considering this question, I was speaking with my brother Kevin. He informed me the concept I was thinking of closely resembled ^^ "Maslow's Hierarchy" ^^
Back to that in a moment...
This nation was highjacked along the way and now that nation is gone. It has actually been gone for a while it's just the majority of souls have yet to discover this.... but they will.
Along the way instead of focusing on the basic needs of our people, we fell victim to a false theology of what the definition of prosperity really is.
Corporatocracy fed to us intravenously to solidify the addiction... forsaken zombies creeping on the surface only excelling in self mutilation...we forgot how to honor our planet, our souls, our character, the future and ourselves.
Religion ? The Abrahamic religions are all infected, from the House of the Holy LIE on down it seems that any heavily populated doctrine has been usurped and only small pockets of true BE'ings are left to help us all back from the edge of the abyss.
ALL OF THIS... has produced a few BE'ings. A few who NOW have the knowledge of experience on HOW NOT TO RUN A PLANET.
If we are to be on guard, If we are to prevent this world from ever becoming this sick again, We must ensure that the basics are never forgotten, usurped, or corportized again.
When the Founding Men made their Declaration and placed their signature as witness to the spirit in which they intended to sustain, none of them could have imagined a world in such the shape we have allowed it to become. They did not comment on the basics such as Maslow's Hierarchy because at the time humanity assumed such a basic trait need not be proclaimed...it was self evident. Well.... it would seem they where wrong.
We need ensure as best we can by declaring the self evident and making the words of the claim impervious to any unscrupulous judges, attorneys or corporations in the future from ever forsaking the basics of humanity in the name of profit.
Maslow's Hierarchy or something close to it should be our first constitution.... our first and most important declaration... for without a firm foundation our current debacle could very well happen once more.

Now more about Maslow's Hierarchy...
Maslow's Hierarchy of needs is a theory in psychology proposed by Abraham Maslow in his 1943 paper "A Theory of Human Motivation". Maslow subsequently extended the idea to include his observations of humans' innate curiosity. His theories parallel many other theories of human developmental psychology, some of which focus on describing the stages of growth in humans. Maslow used the terms Physiological, Safety, Belongingness and Love, Esteem, Self-Actualization and Self-Transcendence needs to describe the pattern that human motivations generally move through.
Maslow studied what he called exemplary people such as Albert Einstein, Jane Addams, Eleanor Roosevelt, and Frederick Douglass rather than mentally ill or neurotic people, writing that "the study of crippled, stunted, immature, and unhealthy specimens can yield only a cripple psychology and a cripple philosophy."Maslow studied the healthiest 1% of the college student population.
Maslow's theory was fully expressed in his 1954 book Motivation and Personality
